The Euromasters family of Ark players try so hard to make everyone feel welcome. There is only one admin (myself) and I play 99% of time with it turned off.

Flyer speed is also pretty high.
Loot drops are x10, gathering is X20, taming is X50.
Structure resistance is a little higher to help out new players get built up.
