Here are the rules
1.No using pillars to claim land
2. No offline raiding
3. You must tell whoever you are raiding
That you are going to raid them so they can defend themselves
4.shanty town is neutral (located in between the red obelisk and volcano on the shore) no attacking, stealing, destroying or riding animals in shanty town
5. You can only kill people's tames if people they attack you first
